Voluntary Action Scotland is the network organisation for Scotland’s Third Sector Interfaces. We are a small team serving a network that covers Scotland. These roles are designed to support the effective delivery of our organisations’ services and support to our members. Our network plays a vital role in supporting the third sector and volunteers in every part of Scotland. Increasingly they help bridge across third and statutory sectors with a focus on improving outcomes for the communities they serve.
Business Support Officer – £23- £25,000
The Business Support Officer will ensure the effective delivery of our organisations’ services and support to the 32 Third Sector Interfaces across Scotland. A major part of this role will be to further develop and maintain our internal operations and office systems, such as data management, finance, HR and compliance processing. We expect this role to be pivotal to a well-run organisation at the heart of our network.
Office Administrator – £18,000
The Office Administrator will support the effective delivery of our organisations’ services and support to our members. A major part of this role will be to provide effective administration support, including being the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries from members, stakeholders and the general public. Keeping our office and its systems well run is core to our organisation’s success and this role will be a key part of that.
