The Scottish Parliament’s Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee has recently put out a call for evidence on the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Bill
The Committee is seeking views on the general principles of the Bill which was introduced on 3rd October 2013. The bill aims to establish a national legislative framework for public procurement that supports Scotland’s economic growth, it is therefore important that Scotland’s third sector plays a role in shaping the Bill and securing meaningful outcomes for the sector.
The call for evidence closes on 29th November and Voluntary Action Scotland will be providing a written submission. As always we are keen to ensure that the submission reflects the views of the network, as such we would encourage TSIs to get in touch directly to firstname.lastname@example.org or join the discussion on our KnowledgeHub page here.
